When will my order ship?

Ready to Ship / In Stock pieces ship within 1 to 3 business days. - MADE TO ORDER
Made to Order pieces can take 1 to 3 weeks to ship, but usually ship closer to 2 weeks. - RUSH ORDERS
If your order is time sensitive, please contact us about availability. We're happy to accommodate your needs if we are able.
Do you ship internationally?
We only ship within the US and Canada at this time.
What is your return policy?
We want you to be fully satisfied with your jewelry. If for any reason you are not, contact us within 14 days of receipt to arrange an exchange or return.
Items must not be worn or damaged and be returned with the original packaging. All custom items are considered final sale. Free gifts and promotional items are not eligible for refunds.
Do you offer repairs?
We do! If your Kristin Larson jewelry needs repair, please contact us so that we can discuss the piece in need of attention.
Do you offer cleaning services?
Your jewelry comes with a polishing cloth and care instructions. But if you find that over time, your jewelry needs some extra attention, we offer complimentary cleaning, polishing, and inspection. You just cover return shipping. Contact us about this free service.
