Please make sure you know your ring size. For the most accurate size, go to any jewelry counter for a measurement.

It's helpful to measure for the width of the ring as well as the diameter. If you know the width of the ring band for the ring you are interested in, be sure to tell the person doing the measurement.

You may measure a size 7 for a ring with a thin band, but a 7 1/2 or an 8 for a ring with a wide band.

Measure your wrist just below the wrist bone, where one would normally wear a bracelet, with a flexible measuring tape or a strip of paper.

If you are using a plain strip of paper, then measure it with a ruler to determine your wrist size.

Add 1/4 inch to 1 inch (average is 1/2 inch) to your wrist size, depending on whether you would like a snug, comfort, or loose fit. This is the ideal bracelet length for you.

The following are necklace lengths we offer, and where they fall on the average female. If you are interested in other lengths, just ask.

16" Wraps loosely around the neck, also known as a choker.

18" Sits at the collar bone, the most common length, known as a princess necklace, Even though it is longer than a choker, the necklace sits close to the neck. If the necklace has a charm, it will lie above the breast bone.

20" Sits just below the collar bone, but above the neckline. Referred to as a matinee.

Men’s styles may require a longer or thicker chain. We recommend 20" or 22" as standard chain lengths for men.

All of our pieces are handmade using sterling silver and 14k gold that have been oxidized for an aged appearance and given a satin finish.

Kristin Larson jewelry is easy to care for. Wearing your jewelry often will help prevent sterling silver from tarnishing. But over time, metals will naturally darken and lose their luster.

Clean sterling silver and 14k gold jewelry in warm water with a drop or two of non-detergent soap like Ivory or Dr. Bronner's. Rinse with warm water, and dry completely with a soft cotton cloth.

To restore the luster of your jewelry use the polishing cloth included with your purchase, or a soft felt polishing cloth.

Please do not use liquid, gel, abrasives, or other natural cleaners on your handmade jewelry. Doing so may remove the aged finish.

Chlorine and bleach accelerate tarnishing, and should be avoided.

Apply perfume and lotion before putting on your jewelry. Remove your jewelry before going to sleep or engaging in activity that may cause friction or stress.

Your jewelry should be the last thing you put on in the morning and the last thing you take off at night.

Store your jewelry in a cool dry place.

When you're not wearing your jewelry, keep it in a sealed plastic baggie to prevent scratching and tarnishing.

Before storing your jewelry long term, wash it with mild soapy water, to remove any oil from your skin, rinse with warm water and dry completely with a soft cotton cloth.

SHIPPING TO CANADA

All items ship USPS First Class International package. Delivery times will vary depending on destination. USPS quoted times are 6-10 days however customs can delay items.

We want you to be fully satisfied with your jewelry. If for any reason you are not, contact us within 14 days of receipt to arrange an exchange or return.

Items must not be worn or damaged and be returned with the original packaging. All custom items are considered final sale. Free gifts and promotional items are not eligible for refunds.

To return or exchange an item, please contact us to process your request within 14 days of receipt of your jewelry.

Your package must be postmarked within 5 days of your request being approved.

Customers are responsible for the shipping of all returns and exchanges. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Package your jewelry safely. Please send it in a box to protect the piece, do not send it in an envelope.

For your security, we recommend shipping your package with a carrier that can provide you with a tracking number.

You will be notified via email once the return or exchange is processed.

If your Kristin Larson jewelry needs repair, please contact us so that we can discuss the piece in need of attention. 

Package your jewelry safely. Please send it in a box to protect the piece, do not send it in an envelope. Include a note with your reason for the return.  For your security, we recommend shipping your package with a carrier that can provide you with a tracking number.

After 90 days, repairs are made at the customer’s expense. 

Once we've received your jewelry, we will determine the repair needed and send you the repair cost via email.

Ready to Ship / In Stock pieces ship within 1 to 3 business days.

Made to Order pieces can take 1 to 3 weeks to ship, but usually ship closer to two weeks.
